Rembrandt, better known as Remmi is a very special mixed breed dog who is going to be killed by Town and Country Humane Society. The “no kill, no time limit” shelter that is days away from murdering a sanctuary dog who was supposed to have a home there “for the rest of his natural life.” The board of directors voted to have Remmi put down Monday the 14th of October at 4 pm because they claim he is “dangerous and beyond help.”

I am a dog trainer who was a the dog manager at that shelter before l had to move states and l have never had problems with him. I have offered to adopt him and rehabilitate him; taking on all responsibilities pertaining to him but they have refused to even give him a chance.

Please help Remmi live, please help him avoid a senseless, cruel, and unnecessary death. He does not deserve death because of mental illness that is aggravated by the shelter itself and by the those who demonize him. He can heal and have a long happy life, he only needs to be given a chance.
