Good morning,

This is the letter I received from RBS telling me as a local business owner that its Giffnock branch is closing. There is no hint of an apology. 

Under the section 'What does this mean for me?' there is no mention of inconvenience to local people or businesses. There is no mention about what this will do to our community. On the second page I am told that the bank is talking to the community about the branch closure. I am waiting to have that conversation.
