Save Quinton Library from Closure

The Issue

Birmingham City Council is currently facing significant financial challenges, and as a result, Quinton Library is under threat of closure.

Councillors Lauren Rainbow and Sam Forsyth are leading this campaign to keep Quinton library open. We believe we need to keep a warm, safe, accessible space where we can read, borrow books, use the internet, and learn. Our library is well used by children and adults and is the only accessible source of books in the ward to many.

This library serves as the only council-funded community asset in our neighbourhood, providing vital services to local schools, community groups, and residents. Without a high street or focal point across the ward the library acts as our community's heartbeat.

We urge Birmingham City Council to reconsider their decision and protect this invaluable resource. Please sign our petition to save Quinton library from closure.
