If you are Wellington-based, please join our Save Petone Wharf beach walk on Sunday 28th April. We are gathering on the beach in front of the Settlers Museum at 2pm and walking along to the wharf. Make your own protest placards and bring your family along. Dogs on leads welcome! We finish with a barbecue and some entertainment. We will help you with writing submissions on the Long Term Plan (submissions close on 3rd May, and it's very important that we get as many as possible).

Thanks for the continuing interest in the petition - our numbers continue to grow both on line and hard copy. Please send it around again if you can, as we will have to close it off soon. 

We have a couple more drop-in sessions at the Petone Library meeting room - today and 1st May. Drop in if you have questions or want to talk about making a submission. Tonight we have an extended session - 4pm through to 6.30pm. See you there!
