Zenith Package 3, one of the proposed three paired road projects under the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP), will feature a double-deck elevated highway.

He said 50 per cent of Package 3 will consist of elevated roads. There will be two layers, one is for incoming traffic and another layer for outgoing traffic.

Consortium Zenith, would start work on Package 2 in the first quarter of 2019.
