Please join us to demand more transparency and communication from management, the board and sponsor. To request our doors are replaced by the sponsor, at no cost to us. If they are planning to build two new high rise buildings On E. Tremont Ave. and own approximately 6000 rentals here they can afford to replace our doors at no cost to us.
At our event we want residents to come with signs about their quality of life issues as the problem of everything we are dealing with stems from the board, sponsor and managements lack of our concerns and conditions. We need you to join us, and invite anyone you know who lives in Parkchester.
