Thank you to everyone who shared, donated and  supported our petition. On April 3rd Attorney Joseph Feaster was appointed as a receiver to our beloved Benjamin Healthcare Center. The.fight is not yet over for us, yet we declare victory in the removal of our previous expense, Tony Francis. There is still alot of work ahead of us, but we are committed to doing whatever it takes to keep the doors open!

We will emerge from the ashes as a new phoenix, we will be fully restored, we will be reestablished, and we will soar to higher heights.
