We, the employees of the vast Oil Industry, including the pensioners and the survivors of the deceased pensioners of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), assert our claim to the Asset which is located at 4 Victoria Street London Sw1H 0NE. This property purchased and rebuilt by NIOC in the 1970’s was funded by Retirement, Saving and Welfare fund of Oil Industry Workers of Iran (The Retirement Fund) and forms a substantial asset of the Retirement Fund to pay pensions, life insurance (in the case of death covering the balance of outstanding mortgages) health treatment costs as well as the cost of funeral ceremony. The pension fund serves over 200,000 employees, former employees and retired staff throughout the Oil Industries entities, encompassing staff, pensioners and next of kin of deceased pensioners who may be elderly or dependants.

Payment from the pension fund covers pensions, treatment costs as well as death protection benefit. The funds belong to the all employees of Iran Oil Industry including NIOC.

The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) acts as the trustee of this pension fund for the Oil Industry workers. NIOC sole authority is to protect this pension fund as a trustee without any interference with the interest of the beneficiaries.

As employees, pensioners, and next of kin of deceased pensioners, we are the ultimate beneficiaries of this fund. Therefore, we request that the ownership of the building at 4 Victoria Street London SW1H 0NE be officially recognized as belonging to the Retirement, Saving and Welfare Fund of Oil Industry workers and its beneficiaries, not to the NIOC or its creditors.

Again, we, the hardworking employees of Iranian Oil Industries request the honourable court to protect our interests.

ساختمان متعلق به صندوق بازنشستگی واقع در شهر لندن را نجات دهید

ما کارکنان صنعت نفت از جمله مستمری بگیران و بازماندگان بازنشستگان متوفی شرکت ملی نفت ایران، ادعای خود را نسبت به مالکیت ساختمان شرکت نفت، واقع در خیابان ویکتوریا در شهر لندن ، ابراز می کنیم. این ساختمان از محل وجوهات صندوق  بازنشستگی  خریداری شده و منافع آن برای تامین و پرداخت مستمری، بیمه عمر  و همچنین هزینه‌های درمانی بیش از دویست هزار نفر از کارکنان صنعت نفت اعم از شاغل، مستمری بگیر و همچنین بازماندگان مستمری بگیران که ممکن است پیر و صغیر باشند، مورد استفاده قرار می گرفته است.

شرکت ملی نفت ایران هیچگونه مشارکتی در منافع صندوق بازنشستگی ندارد و صرفا به عنوان متولی امور صندوق، از منافع صاحبان آن محافظت می نماید.

ما به عنوان کارمندان، مستمری بگیران و بازماندگان بازنشستگان متوفی، مالکین حقیقی و ذینفعان نهایی این صندوق هستیم. بنابراین، ما درخواست می کنیم که مالکیت ساختمان در خیابان ویکتوریای لندن، رسماً جز املاک صندوق بازنشستگی، پس انداز و رفاه کارکنان صنعت نفت شناخته شود، نه بعنوان املاک صنعت نفت ایران و یا طلبکاران صنعت نفت ایران.

باز هم ما کارکنان زحمتکش شرکت ملی نفت ایران از دادگاه محترم تقاضای حفظ منافع خود را داریم.
