To all of our supporters of the campaign to SAVE OUR MUSEUM.

We are continuing with our campaign and now we are asking for your help not only to continue sharing and encouraging all your contacts to sign the petition but with a very important event which is happening on the 23rd March.

On behalf of Save Our Museum I have been invited to speak at the full council meeting at the Town Hall at 5pm.  The petition will also be debated.   This is a great opportunity for us to present our argument and put forward our reasons for keeping the Museum of Oxford free at all times.

In our address we will be challenging the undemocratic decision of the council and their lack of consultation with the staff who work there.

We will question their data on the economic and footfall arguments  which they presented as their reasons to impose the entry charge.

We want to make our presence felt.  Please come to the Town Hall at 4.15 on the 23rd March.   Bring placards and banners.  This is the time that the councillors will be entering the building to attend the full council meeting.   We will be able to let them see that we are serious and we are not going away.
