It’s been a while since an update.

Just to let all the supporters know the save our libraries journey continues 💪🏼 

Aswell as this online petition we have also been gathering paper petitions across the communities and current at over 5K which takes us to over 8K in supporters against these library closures this cannot be ignored! 

Alongside coverage of our 3rd protest which took place last Friday with some great media content and shares online with a huge reach as you can see from the picture of one share above and its support.

We are looking to gain some final momentum with this as we near the cutoff point for the petition on 14th June before jumping onboard the Library Express 🚂 to deliver the people’s message direct to Council HQ on the 18th June.
