Our residents thank you with all our hearts. 300+ signatures is great. Its just a beginning though. Please help us further by writing to your local State polician, the Federal Housing Minister, Hon. Julie Collins ALP (on line form) , or Max.Chandler-Mather.MP@aph.gov.au (email address) Greens urging them to do all they can to preserve low cost housing options like Residential Caravan Parks. For the last two decades and some its always been about profits and developers. Its time it was about people first. We have so many homeless people in our area living in the bush or their cars including families. Some are middle aged women. Some have jobs but no where to live. Its tragic. Housing Stress is a silent killer. It destroys lives. Take action. We can change it. We just have to stick together and keep pushing. Our housing problem can be solved but it takes political will.
