Good Afternoon Fairfield Community Theater Supporters — all 5,150 of you! You will be delighted to know that I just got off of the phone with David Gorbach of Colonial Realty in Fairfield, Conn. who represents David Pollack and the Pollack Family Trust. David has informed me that they have completed all work on the Fairfield Community Theatre in preparation for sale and they are in the process of preparing a request for offers —which will include artist renderings, process, timing, terms of sale, etc. David has informed me that the Community will go the market by end of November 2017 — so get ready. In order to ensure that the town community has influence on the sale of the Theatre, namely that it remains a theatre at the core of our community, I'm putting together an advisory committee of determined and influential Fairfield community members of about 15 to 20 people that can work both strategically and tactically with the Town of Fairfiled and David Gorbach, as a representative of David Pollack.
