All these pet animals are about to become HOMELESS if Pendle Council get their way. We have had the horses for 11 years and so they are very much part of the family �

Please sign our petition to save 5 acres of land in Colne that has historically grazed horses for 30 years and more recently sheep (just about to start lambing)?

I have rented the grazing land for a total of 6 years from Pendle Council (paying the rent on time, maintaining the land and new fencing etc) and they have given me 6 months to vacate as they want to participate within a tree planting project… making my (pet animals) homeless.

Ideally I would like to stay independent but if necessary I have said I would be willing to work with them on the programme with them planting the perimeter and clusters but still allowing us to have the fields. They have ignored me.

My animals bring such joy to me and my family especially my grandchildren and I am aware of other children that like to come visit and say hello to the horses, sheep and lambs.
