Happy Fathers Day to ALL Fathers, This DAY I Honour My DAD.  I wouldn't be the person I am, if he hadn't exposed me to keyboard at the age of 4.  And through him teaching me how to play, I'm teaching my son how to play.

On the last couple board meetings, lots of discussion around student safety and Restorative Practice, the priority continues to be around Student Safety, especially with cuts and with the ongoing uncertainty of the budget.

From the Prop 28 music and Arts Presentation, it's clear there's ongoing cuts to staffing and our students are  not being given all the resources that's available to them.  Although the comprehensive financial report comes out in  October, We ask the board to prioritize funding and staffing in the arts.
