Thank you to everyone who signed.  We have collected almost 500 signatures on the first day!

To clear up some questions that are being asked:

1. Donations on this site are being asked for by change.org, not CDH International.  We have asked them to remove this option.
2. The term "stakeholders" means any concerned party; patients, families, doctors, nurses, organizations, etc.   It is a term commonly used in the medical world.  It has nothing to do with finances.
3. No person, organization or other entity is meant to profit by this petition or Standards of Care.  The only goal is better medical care for all children and adults born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
4.  This petition is not owned by any person or organization.  It belongs to the whole CDH community.
