It would seem there is no winning when a system is broken

Hello everyone.

Firstly I want to thank you all for your support of this petition. It has really helped knowing that so many people believe the same way I do.
But.
It might be time to end this petition.
We had a final order, one that has absolutely destroyed my daughter. One that everyone involved disagrees with too. So I took it to the Appeals Court. And I bet you can guess what their response was?

So I am giving up fighting against a broken system. I am one person, without representation, and I cannot win.
I just have to trust Child Services. They have submitted an official request to have the case ended, after they saw the aftermath of the Final Order. So I know I'm not crazy, I know I am not wrong. 
I won't be engaging with my case any longer. And to be honest, after 4 years of this, I think that is the best advice I can give to any of you.
You won't change a Judge's mind. They are too sure of themselves to ever allow their judgement to be questioned, no matter how much the authorities tell them they are wrong.
So don't fight. Just ignore. Ultimately, if you know your daughter is happy and safe with you, then trust that the local authority will also see that.
And if they don't... then be ready.
I will not allow my daughter to continue being damaged by this.
Will. Not.

I wish you all: all the luck in the world. If you are fighting this broken system you will need it.
