A massive draft housing plan has been WITHHELD from our community. This is in addition to all "residential" neighborhood upzoning plans.

The city wants us to agree to the upzoning of our residential lots for the RHNA laws before they reveal the “commercial plan". Why do we need to upzone residential areas when the city plans MASSIVE upzoning up to 15 stories of housing planned in our community? AND deceive us to agree to residential upzoning BEFORE they tell us about the commercial/residential upzone mixed-use plan! 

There is NO reason for residential upzoning in Osage if even a quarter of their plan is approved.

On August 31, 2023, they will meet to discuss this plan WITHOUT representation from any Westchester resident and WITHOUT transparency.

We need to make our voices heard, LOUD & CLEAR: NO UPZONING IN OSAGE!
