Over 5000 signatures and over 170 pages of comments from Ontario and beyond, thank you all for your continuing support! We are presently compiling data to present to the Minister that shows how many people are employed in holistic professions that support their families and ultimately their communities. It is time-taking and laborious but we are determined to show the immense value that these holistic services offer. Unfortunately it has also been a difficult task to convince many practitioners and leaders of holistic organizations and associations that their livelihoods are at risk as the bill is so confusingly written that many mistakenly think that “their” modality will be exempt. That would be wonderful but it is simply not so. We are requesting that a lawyer interpret the bill in a way that will be more easily understood by the lay person so that everyone will understand the real threat that this campaign is addressing. On that front we are still very much in need of donations to fund these legal obligations, our small team is volunteering their time and energy but we really need your help.
