We laid out all the evidence showing that from it’s conception in the mind of one psychologist who bent the ear of the then Minister of Health in 2001 to 2006, every step was dishonest, deliberately violated the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and violated practically every personal liberty guaranteed by our Constitution.
