In the face of adversity, we stood together, hoping for a brighter future. However, the demolition of our beloved AIC Masjid marked the end of an era we cherished.
A Devastating Revelation: Denial of Daily Prayers
Amidst this grief, a disheartening revelation emerged. Timothy Gianotti informed us that the new temporary masjid, constructed in the basement, would only host the Jumuah Friday prayer. Gone are the daily Fajr and Isha prayers we held dear, and our hearts ache for what we have lost.
Sadik's Painful Denial: Unwavering Commitment
Imagine the pain of our brother, Sadik Halilovic, who stood with us in tears as the Masjid was being martyred. A man whose dedication and devotion to our community led him to lead this fight. Yet, he was unjustly denied access to the new temporary masjid, where he wished to continue his daily prayers. This denial, a painful reminder of the lengths some will go to silence truth.
A Web of Deceit: Hidden Truths Uncovered
But the truth has a way of emerging, despite the darkness. We have learned that some members of the Board of Trustees were left unaware that the building handed over to new owners housed the masjid. A lack of transparency that shatters the trust we placed in our leadership.
Financial Manipulation Exposed: Timothy's Salary Discrepancy
Digging deeper, we uncovered financial manipulation. Timothy Gianotti's salary of $200,000 starkly contrasts with the reported $125,400 listed in Form 990 for 2022. The question arises: Why the concealment? The web of deception continues to unravel.
Evasion and Silence: Denial of Contact and Transparency
In our quest for truth, we approached Timothy Gianotti for open dialogue and contact information of the Board of Trustees. Yet, he evaded our request, shrouding his actions in silence. The lack of transparency only adds to the growing unease within our community.
