On August 20th 2010, Charles Gidson was murdered in the city of Duquesne, PA. On August 30th, Omar Bradley (18) was charged for the murder. January 19, 2011 he was found guilty of 1st degree murder. There is blatant evidence of his innocence. There’s 1 witness that was forced to testify and thats on record. 7/8 witnesses testified and could not identify what the shooter wore as well as stated that they knew for a fact Omar was innocent. The only evidence that the prime witness gave were inconsistent statements such as she was in her home when the incident occurred, she wasn’t there at all, and such as. Shortly after this, she was offered money and housing to identify Omar Bradley as the shooter. There’s evidence of the payments in which she admitted to at the trial, which is also on record. There’s evidence of multiple shooters; 8 witnesses with 11 different descriptions pertaining to clothing, height, and weight. The alibi witnesses were never called to corroborate Bradley’s innocence. The potential suspect and witnesses were never even interviewed. Evidence of the potential suspect and witnesses exist on file. Evidence was also withheld at trial. The public defender sided with prosecutors to secure a conviction and there is evidence of the attorney performing prejudicial misconduct at trial. April 18, 2011 Omar was sentenced to LIFE in prison without the possibility of parole. The appointed appeal attorney didn’t raise any facts to the point of his innocence, he was failed! If an attorney claimed the innocence of Omar Bradley, they were removed from the case! Other appeal attorneys did not raise any facts pertaining to his innocence. They deliberately threw the case to cover up the attorneys mistakes and to protect him instead. There is 0 evidence proving Omar was guilty nor is there any DNA. Absolutely NOTHING links Bradley to this crime. 1 witness of 8 whom gave out multiple inconsistent statements even told the jury she was forced to testify! Through the past 15 years he has served, Mr. Bradley has maintained great prison behavior and there are multiple witnesses that can come forward to corroborate in his innocence. Over the years, people did not want to get involved to help this man, my brother is serving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit and there is evidence to prove his innocence. We are in need of YOUR help, it’s been 15 years with no results and deliberate injustice and prejudicial, prosecutable misconduct. My brother, Omar, is serving death by incarceration for a crime he did not commit and once again there’s blatant evidence of that. Please sign and help be a voice to get him!
