I’m sure many of you have heard of Octonauts, well on April 30th, 2024, it is getting removed from Netflix. Octonauts is an educational children’s show about a bunch of animals that study and take care of sea creatures. This show teaches kids about the life that lives underwater, building appreciation for the beauties that very few of us get to see in our lifetimes. As a kid, I loved Octonauts, I learned so much from it and still remember (and use) a lot of the information I gained from the show. Now that I am much older, I get to watch my younger family members get ecstatic while watching Octonauts, singing the themes and enthusing over the cool creatures they’ve learned about. Making learning an enjoyable experience for kids is HARD, but this show turns it into something to look forward to. Keep this show on Netflix so our youth can continue to learn about life outside of our own in ways that are accessible and enjoyable.

Edit: The last day to watch has been extended to May 17th!! However, a season or two has been removed.

Edit 2: We did it!! Octonauts no longer says it is leaving soon. However, it is down to 2 seasons only, so many episodes are missing.
