On the 1st of July, Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service will permanently remove one of Nuneaton's fire engines.

Alongside cuts across the North of Warwickshire, I believe this increases the risks to our residents and our brilliant fire crews.

Despite repeated attempts, localised data is not available to show that crucial response times in Nuneaton won't increase. The limited data that has been made available is based on historic demand, not the current risk.

With no accounting for major infrastructure (the A5, industrial parks and high rise buildings) and no adjustment for our growing population, impact of poverty or the density of our homes.
