Esther Rai, Labour's candidate for the Northfield ward by-election has backed our petition!

One of her election pledges is to stand up for Northfield during the Council's recovery: "I'll be your voice in the room to make sure decisions are made with the people of Northfield, including saving Northfield Library."

We're so happy to have the support of a candidate who acknowledges that Northfield Library is best placed to stay open for the community as it's in an incredibly accessible location, and believes that it must be kept open.
