Updates on Recent Action

On January 9th, I submitted a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request to North Salem for electronic copies of the proposals submitted by Somers and Brewster to Athletic Director Kiernan, as well as the supporting documentation that led to her decision.

I will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

Important Meeting Announcement

📅 Date: Wednesday, January 15th

⏰ Time: 7:00 PM

📍 Location: North Salem Middle/High School Library

This Board of Education meeting will include a Q&A session with the North Salem board. We need to show up in large numbers to ensure all affected students and families have their voices heard! Students are encouraged to attend. 

I’ve attached the FOIL request email along with the response. As of January 9th, I may have to wait up to 20 days to receive the requested information. Once received, I will attach it to this petition to continue transparency.
