Today we met with the public defender assigned to us privately. We are going to be moving for the criminal (yes, that is how the city prosecutes code enforcement issues with private property discrepancies from current by laws.) Court to dismiss the charges. We will hopefully be then moving to look for the amendment we initially set out for in agreement with City Code Enforcement in the first place. (We were totally misled by the office of code enforcement. They never told us they would take us to criminal court for this.) This could take us through the winter, but have us set if all goes swimmingly from Spring on outwards.
