The beautiful Mushroom Rock forest in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India is being destroyed and we need your support to save it.

The land belongs to Varsity (University of Hyderabad). While legal battles are going on to save it but the current TRS government themselves are involved with some local builders to destroy the forest for financial benefits. It is becoming really difficult to protect it from these giants.

The destruction is happening every day as they are trying to build a road through the forest. Below are videos and photos for the same. You can see how a major destruction is already done and it's continuing.

Sometime back a road was built to connect the Telangana Government Residential Colony to ISB Road and traffic started moving, later as days went the said road was tarred with dammar and a permanent road wad made. Somehow the court had intervened and put a stop on the traffic moment. However, again after some time the court permission were taken and then again the traffic started moving and this time road widening activities started in full swing. Last we know the Telangana High Court themselves have also taken the government side in destroying the forest.

We really need support and help to prevent this beautiful natural forest which is a habitat to many species of animals from getting destroyed because of the greed of few. Please show your support by making it reach as many people and authorities as possible so that the forest gets saved.
