This post is not against or for any person or party.
 I'm a common Mulundkar, wants to put forward Mulundkar's grievances,  the upcoming PAP Project at Mulund - East, near Kelkar College where abt 7500 tenaments are under construction, means about forty to forty-five thousand more residents. 
Mulund is a small & sweet, peace loving suburb at the Entrance of Mumbai, mostly of educated  Middle class/ upper middle class, law abiding citizens.
 There is only one entry for Mulund- East,which is already over crowded and presently it takes more than 30-40 minutes at pick hours to enter Mulund. One of the alert citizen,  Adv. Sagar Devere  has filed a PIL at Hon. H.C. with support from many Mulundkar's. 

Besides there is a proposed plan of relocating about 4-5 Lakhs ineligible/ eligible migrants from Dharavi for which Maharashtra Govt has requested center to give around 64 Acres of Land near Octroi Naka & previous Dumping ground near Hari Om Nagar, in Mulund- East. 
This will put tremendous load on already burdened bacic  infrastructure like  water, electricity, travelling, safety & so on, and  will lead to  a disastrous situation for Mulundkar's.

There is a need to follow the norms &  guidelines set for such projects as far as FSI is concerned and eligibility criteria as set by judiciary. 

Relocating ineligible migrants is injustice to all middle class citizens who invest their life earnings or take loan for buying their dream homes & either deplete their life savings or pay EMI through nose for years together with hefty interest rate for repayment. 
There are ways & means to resolve any issue & such actions without informing or discussing with local citizens is  injustice at large. 
There is a possibility and is observed  in the past that these people sell the tenaments and again built another zuggis( Zopadi) some where else. This has also been mentioned by Hon.  H.C. Judge in one of the recent judgement .

This way the vicious circle of constructing zopadies continues, there is a need to put complete full stop for such encroachers. Else Mumbai will be full of zopadpattis and even God can't save Mumbai. 

Besides above two projects now there is a move to take up the salt Pan land from Mulund towards Vikhroli along Eastern Express Highway , for relocating migrants.  

This area is adjusting to mangroves,  salt pans  are the breathing ponds/ sponges for Mumbai Suburbs besides migratory Flamingos visit that place every year. 
We can't take the steps which will destroy the Eco- system.
We can't grab the place which is meant for birds/ animals because they can't express. 
We have seen with our own eyes the situation arise in  2005 rain and how due to encroachment on   Mithi river's  path,  many lives were lost. 

If Govt wants to do something for Mulundkar's, then there is a need of lot of things like :  A Well equipped affordable Hospital like AIMMS   or Theme/ Central  parks, zoo ,birds watching points , as Flamingos point is close by. Any such facilities which will add to the beauty of the place,  would be welcomed. 

Recently Mulundkar's have come forward to show their protest by forming a silent Human chain on 4th Feb 24, many Mulundkar's have spontaneously joined for the cause. 

I herewith appeal the judiciary to take suo- motu  cognizance of such proposed projects which are going to cost lives of citizens.

There is no point in showing crocodile tears later, when repercussions are irreversible. 

Hope the decisions are taken in the interest of law- abide citizens and not in the interest of encroachers. 
Hope justice prevails.
