Your support gave us the inspiration and courage to stand up to these people and let them know that we were not afraid.  What we learned from all this is that your small business needs to keep their insurance policy up to date which will defend you against a large trademark bully.  We also learned that you need to follow the trademark rules when you start your business, which we did.
