Thank you for all the support we have been receiving from everyone!  Your support is what's needed to stop these large companies from exploiting the small businesses of America.  

My wife Aoommie needs to visit the doctor at least every 3 months or so to see if her cancer has returned and needs to take drugs every month as a preventative measure in hopes to prevent the cancer from returning.  Instead of taking her condition lying down, she has put her heart and soul into Mochi Dolci only to be targetted by these corporate bullies.   

Through Aoommie's sweat and grit, Mochi Dolci has created 5 full time jobs and a safe space for children, young adults and our senior citizens to gather and enjoy mochi donuts and bubble tea. We are now in the process of creating another 7 to 10 full time jobs for the dine-in restaurant section.  The thought of spending tens of thousands of dollars on expensive lawers because we have been targeted by a frivolous lawsuit attorney is putting a damper on it. Indeed instead of using this money to create jobs and grow back the economy, we may have to give it to overly paid lawyers to argue the stupidity of this lawsuit in federal court.  We we are not going take this lying down.

Corporations have been bullying small businesses for too long and robbing the public, and we need to put and end to it. Much like what happens in the schoolyard, public outcry and banning together in unison is the best solution to thwart these corporate bullies from exploiting small businesses.

This petition is going viral with almost 200 signatures in 24 hours - please keep up the pressure and share it with all you know.  This way we can show not only this trademark bully and his lawyer, but every other large corporation thinking of destroying our small businesses that we will not tolerate this behavior anymore.  This is a new world where everyone has access to information and has a voice and not just a vote that large corporations can sway.
