Despite the challenges our students face, we are proud to report significant academic progress at Memphis Street Academy. Math PSSA scores for Grades 6, 7, and 8 improved from 2023 to 2024, thanks to tools like Illustrative Math, small group instruction, and Zearn. ELA scores for Grades 6 and 7 also saw gains during this time.

This school year, we’re utilizing Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction (EBLI) for Grades 5-8 and thinkSRSD for Social Studies. These proven strategies will enhance student literacy and writing skills. Our teachers are excited to expand their expertise through professional development and are committed to meeting the needs of all learners.
