Dear friends, we have been informed that the plans for MPP are currently being revised to include our community feedback. Please contact the Miami Parks Department and let them know you strongly support our call for preservation of green spaces, logical improvements to facilities, removal of prosed office building / community center from the plan, and protect the shoreline from flooding and erosion. By working together, we stand the best change of fostering compromise and receiving reasonable improvements to our beloved park without ruining one of the last natural spaces in Miami. Let's keep sharing this petition and drive home the point that the previous plan has much room for improvement and compromise in the interests of our community.
