Malaysia Awareness Society (MASA)
Sep 8, 2015
Hi everyone,
We have updated the petition following the events and progress in Malaysia. The "Support. Don't Punish" campaign supported by the United Nations has cleverly thought out policies that emphasize on education for the society on all drugs and it's effects on the human mind and body. They also believe in providing aid instead of criminalizing all drugs and users.
This can highly improve the country and society as seen in countries already practicing it. At the same time, we also highlighted the study "Human Evolution & Cannabis" published in the Malaysian Journal of Microscopy, Volume 11 (Supplement 1), 2015. We believe that this research study is valuable for the world and may answer the feared psychological effects associated with marijuana. The clinical study on humans can also contribute majorly to the scientific world with the introduction, knowledge and application of pseudoscientific theories like chakras and auras.
The study has been presented and peer reviewed by scholars at the International Anatomical & Biomedical Scientific Conference (IABS) 2015, held at University Putra Malaysia (UPM) on 19th August 2015. Publication and presentation of the study was made possible by local non-government organization (NGO), MCare Society. Currently, they are working on sharing their study to the global scientific community and looking for opportunities to advance the clinical study in any international or local university or institute.
We would like to THANK YOU for your signature and support which has brought us closer to achieving our goals. Please share this petition on the many social sites available so that we can reach 1,000 supporter!
