For FY2021, the reported operating income of Toni's Kitchen (St. Luke's food ministry) was more than seven times its congregational income.  This includes a Sustain and Serve grant, but still. . .  In other words, financially speaking, the food ministry is the predominant activity at St. Luke's.  I don't know if they've looked for an alternative facility for their food ministry, which I've suggested multiple times, but I think they could certainly afford one.
