Tonight by a vote of 4 in favor and 3 opposed the Parks & Recreation Department voted to recommend an open air uncovered rink to the select board! We aren’t all the way there - design will need to be watched of course but a year ago no one thought we could stop this without a big ugly fight! Advocacy works. Thank you for speaking up for what we love and want to preserve for our future.  Here’s to many more generations getting the joy of skating under the stars at Larz!  Thank you all!
