I've had a reply to my FOI request to the council regarding communications about the Fairfax development proposals:

Their repsonses firstly don't really give me what I asked for (my request is in the link as well), as I asked for full communication records and their responses are heavily redacted. 

From what I can gauge the developers were engaging council members on 'site walks' etc prior to the consultation, so lobbying as expected.

Given this doesnt really provide the communications in the detail I requested, I've pushed back for more detail.
