In Fremont, ~50% of businesses that provide classes for kids are not zoned correctly.  This is due to the fact that most of these types businesses cannot afford to be in commercial zones and difficult zoning laws.  The city turns a blind eye, but if a complaint is made, it’s considered a “nuisance” and they will close down the business.  

Unfortunately, a former business partner that has a vendetta towards me has weaponized the city to close down NXGA after 12 years in Fremont.  Keep in mind this partner does not even live in California, yet the city is allowing him to dictate what the community in Fremont wants.  Please sign this petition to show the city officials of Fremont that NXGA is not a nuisance, and on the contrary, what people of Fremont want for their kids and the community.  

I will use this petition for an appeal on Oct 24, 2023, and also push for amendments that would protect the many similar businesses that might be forced to shut down for similar reasons.  Here is a list of businesses that may also be at risk for incorrect zoning closures:
