I apologize, I misread the HB732 HD2 SD1 because it says "Allows single-family residences that are less than 3,500 square feet in floor area and not part of a larger development..." So, I don't believe it will cause Kamehameha Schools not to have to apply for a Special Management Permit, as I stated in my last email. https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/session/measure_indiv.aspx?billtype=HB&billnumber=732&year=2025&fbclid=IwY2xjawJaSgtleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHal5AiLAuVdE62zDESNBY8vnEYKd6YeIUuhsy2Vz_J2RKeCq-c2ypRksRA_aem_yhnaxJHqVUmcl0FCz-Zdeg
I'm just keeping my eyes open to help save Keauhou Bay from a bungalow resort, and it's still good to give testimony on this because of all the reasons on https://bigislandsupport.com/hb732-hd2-sd1/
Mahalo,
