Hello Everyone,

Thank you to all of you who have signed and shared the petition. Thanks also to those of you who have chipped in to promote the petition and / or left supportive comments. It is much appreciated by us.

Karen is still very stressed about the pressure and the threat of legal action from East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust if she does not agree very soon to go to St Marks hospital. Karen has been losing a lot of sleep and having nightmares because of this. 

Karen still feels that there should be the option of remote setting up of home PN (IV feeding) for her, but she is still not being given this option by St Marks.

Karen used a lot of energy compiling some written questions (with Heather & Michael) for St Marks. The over-exertion of doing them in the short time-frame that Karen was given caused worsening of the ME symptoms.

Karen still has to compile more questions for St Marks and will need to have all the answers read to her and to consider the information before making a decision. She is worried about the Trust giving unrealistic deadlines to submit these and make a decision. She needs to be given a reasonable amount of time for someone with very severe ME to do these things.

Please continue to tell people about this petition and continue to share it on-line.
