Vafa Ahmadpour known as his stage name Vafadar and Danial Moghaddam, were arrested on May 9th, 2024 at 1:30pm IR time in the city of Shiraz , Iran by the security forces of Islamic Republic. 

 Their crime? Expressing their thoughts through rap music and daring to speak out against a regime that has stripped Iranians of their basic human rights. 

The latest music called “ Be Prepared “ is linked for their arrest which criticized the government's oppressive actions.

Vafadar has been a beacon of hope for many Iranians living under dire conditions. He also been the voice for the Iranian women in Iran who have been attacked, tortured and killed brutally by the system everyday. His arrest is not just an attack on him but an attack on freedom of speech and expression.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is known for its harsh treatment towards individuals who dare speak up against the regime . This includes artists like Vafadar and Danial who use their music as a form of peaceful protest. The regime's actions have gone too far - it's not just about silencing voices anymore; it's about executing control and stripping away every bit of human rights from innocent citizens of Irans.

Recently another rapper called Toomaj Salehi also received a “ Execution Sentence “ from IRGC which is for freedom of speech about all injustices in Iran on his music only.

According to Amnesty International reports, Iran has one of the highest numbers of executions per capita globally. This grim reality is a testament to the IRGC's ruthless tactics in silencing dissenting voices.

We call upon global leaders to take immediate action against these atrocities committed by the IRGC. We need them to step up diplomatically and pressure Iran into respecting human rights standards for all its citizens including artists who use their craft as a form of peaceful protest.

وفا احمدپور معروف به وفادار و دانیال مقدم در تاریخ 9 اردیبهشت 1403 ساعت 13:30 به وقت جمهوری اسلامی ایران توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شهر شیراز دستگیر شدند.

جرم آنها؟ بیان افکار خود از طریق موسیقی رپ و جرات بیان علیه رژیمی که ایرانیان را از حقوق اولیه انسانی خود محروم کرده است.

جدیدترین موسیقی به نام "آماده باش" برای دستگیری آنها مرتبط است که از اقدامات ظالمانه دولت انتقاد می کند.

وفادار برای بسیاری از ایرانیانی که در شرایط وخیم زندگی می کنند، چراغ امید بوده است. او همچنین صدای زنان ایرانی در ایران بود که هر روز مورد حمله، شکنجه و کشتار وحشیانه نظام قرار می‌گرفتند. دستگیری او فقط حمله به او نیست، بلکه حمله به آزادی بیان و بیان است.

بر اساس گزارش‌های عفو بین‌الملل، ایران یکی از بالاترین تعداد اعدام‌ها در سرانه جهان را دارد. این واقعیت تلخ، گواهی بر تاکتیک های بی رحمانه سپاه در خاموش کردن صداهای مخالف است.

ما از رهبران جهانی می خواهیم که در برابر این جنایات سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی اقدام فوری انجام دهند. ما به آنها نیاز داریم که از نظر دیپلماتیک گام بردارند و ایران را برای رعایت استانداردهای حقوق بشر برای همه شهروندانش از جمله هنرمندانی که از هنر خود به عنوان نوعی اعتراض مسالمت آمیز استفاده می کنند، تحت فشار بگذارند.
