We have received some news from Miranda Cosgrove (Carly):

• On April 24, 2024, she said the following in her LIVE with Kelly and Mark interview when asked about the cliffhanger: "Oh yes, my character Carly *is* actually about to get engaged to Freddie, [who] is my long-time love on the show."
• On May 8, 2024, she was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight and said she wants to wrap up iCarly, possibly in the form of a movie.
