Petition: Bring Back Hollyoaks to 5 Days a Week!

To all Hollyoaks fans and Channel 4 executives,

Since September 9th, 2024, Hollyoaks has been reduced to just 3 episodes per week, with shorter viewing times and more frequent adverts. This drastic change, overseen by Hannah Cheers, has left long-time fans heartbroken. Not only are we seeing fewer episodes, but we've also lost many beloved characters, including Cindy, Tom, James, Sally, and more.

Hollyoaks has been a staple in our lives since October 23rd, 1995. For nearly 30 years, it has brought joy, excitement, and unforgettable storylines to our screens five days a week. Now, under Hannah Cheers’ leadership, we are facing a future where this beloved show is slowly being dismantled. The reduction in air time and the removal of long-standing, beloved characters is not what fans want.

Facebook groups are flooded with complaints, and it’s clear: the fans are not happy. We demand the return of Hollyoaks to its original 5-day schedule. Hannah Cheers' changes are taking away from the magic that made Hollyoaks what it is. While the storylines remain engaging, cutting back on episodes and axing key characters is completely unacceptable.

Sign this petition to show Channel 4 that we want Hollyoaks back to 5 days a week, and we want the return of the characters we love. Let’s save our soap before it’s too late!
