Victory!

On October 30, 2025, a major victory -  the Charity Commissioner cancels the earlier sale approval (dated April 4, 2025) and declares the sale deed and power of attorney void. The trust is ordered to refund proceeds (minus TDS) and re-register the property back in its name.

Given this we are closing this petition. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your support to this cause.
