LA County is updating all its area plans to satisfy the County’s local development goals as well as State Housing Requirements.
The parcel where The Wildcat is located has been updated from a neighborhood commercial zone to a mixed-use zone for housing and retail.
The Wildcat can continue to operate per any tenancy agreement they have. Changes to the building will only take place if the property owner chooses to propose a new development which would need to satisfy the mixed-use zone requirements.
