Hello friends! On Friday we received great news about 1245 Edward Street - Judges Van den Eynden J.A., Farrar and Bryson, JJ.A. concurred "It is ordered that the appeal is allowed and Council's heritage registration decision be restored."

This is a great victory for our city, the Heritage Trust of NS and the principle of third party registration to help citizens protect our built heritage under Nova Scotia's Heritage Property Act.

Who knows that will happen now with the dear old house?
