Hello again. A long day and a great interview by CTV Atlantic, please check it out.  As demolition progressed, Dal revealed that they don’t in fact have the necessary demolition permit in hand. A worker told me asbestos abatement was in progress, which we weren’t told about (illegal). People from our group called the right people and the city inspected. Piano was removed and the lovely old mantelpiece sits in the backyard. Is that saving heritage items, Dalhousie? So we wait. Which comes first, heritage advisory meeting on July 27, or the unthinkable for this gracious old home?
