An important update for our supporters and everyone around the world to showcase how those with power and money at their disposal, play around the legal system and avoid being prosecuted for their misdeeds.
On the 19th of January, the long awaited court hearing against the website of Mr. Alexander Dvorkin took place. The forum on this website is the origin of all the insulting and dirty information being spread against Hinduism in general, and my family in particular. This website is being actively used as a tool to attack Hinduism for more than a year now with only one intention, to subjugate the minority population of Hindus in Russia.
This particular court hearing was supposed to be the final one, and everyone was awaiting our inevitable victory as our case was legally fool proof. But it was not to be... at least not on that day.
As we are becoming painfully aware, the radical elements whom we're fighting have no qualms against using the foulest of methods to delay the proceedings and avoid prosecution. They just aim to have even more time to spread more fake and insulting information about Hinduism through publications in media, be it online, print or television.
We did expect them to deploy dirty tactics and involve fake witnesses who are nothing more than paid actors. However, what we hadn't foreseen was them presenting a decoy playing the role of the new administrator of the extremist website we have filed the lawsuit against. This development has further delayed the hearing, which now stands postponed for 13th of February as this person must be included as a defendant in the lawsuit and the judicial process will now start anew.
This must have been a last resort kind of thing for our adversaries as we could actually see Mr. Dvorkin and his lawyer literally feeding in information to this new guy so that he doesn't fumble in front of the judge.
There can be no doubt that this is yet another shameless attempt by these people to buy more time to continue discrediting my religion Hinduism, my Father Shri Prakash Ji, my family and millions of Hindus around the world.
At the same time, this delay offers a chance to these extremist elements to try and intimidate us. They want us to give in and stop us from fighting to safeguard the honor of Hinduism.
While standing in the court corridor, my family members clearly heard Mr. Dvorkin giving out information about where I study, where my family lives and giving out names of my dear ones, to a few people that clearly appeared to be radical goons. This is what Mr. Dvorkin has continuously been doing for the past several months in order to provoke attacks on my family, like the one that happened on the 11th December, 2016.
Our adversaries may have unlimited resources and extremely vile intentions, but we have decided to keep fighting for our rights. Even through these difficult times, and even with the eminent threat of attacks on me and my family, we continue to have full faith in Russia's judicial system and have no doubt that eventually, justice will prevail.
With people from all corners of the world continuing to support our cause to safeguard Hinduism in Russia, we, once again, humbly implore the governments of both countries, India and Russia, to pay attention to the matter and help reign in the radical elements against Hindus in Russia and just let us all live in peace.
