A happy day! As you may well be aware, on Monday these plans were rejected by BCP planning committee. 

Needless to say this is great news. It is very likely there will be an appeal, so I’ve decided to keep the petition open, as the more strength of opinion against this, the better. I will provide another update once I’ve had time to properly digest the details of the hearing. 

The win is highly tempered by the loss of the animals. That they have gone despite the proposals being rejected is, to me, the epitome of injustice!
