Hi all, 

FINALLY, over a month since the submission on the 3rd March, we have confirmation that our petition for Heathfield House has been verified and will be considered at the meeting of Full Council on 16 April (this Wednesday), from 6.30pm, Council Chamber, Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon CR0 1NX.

Croydon Council claimed it got sent to spam (the system works... 🫠)

We'll be calling for;

1. Confirmation of a halt to any form of sale - including leasehold sale (the council still haven't ruled out leasehold sale, which would still put the building into private hands).
2. Long overdue community consultation about the house’s future.
3. Disclosure of all information related to decision making about Heathfield House.

We'd like to invite all petitoners to meet outside the town hall (Katherine Street entrance) at 6pm to show support. We'd love to meet you! There are also spaces for residents to attend meetings in the public gallery.
