Please come along to a peaceful rally at the Town Hall on Wednesday 5th February at 6.30pm prior to the cabinet meeting where the administration will make a decision whether to close Harold Wood, Gidea Park and South Hornchurch libraries. Let the cabinet members know the strength of feeling in the community about these potential closures.
